Large furniture items require a shipping deposit at checkout. This deposit is applied toward the final delivery cost, which is determined based on the item's size, destination, and delivery requirements.

If the final shipping cost exceeds the deposit collected at checkout, the remaining balance will be invoiced separately. If the final shipping cost is lower, the difference will be refunded.

Furniture may ship separately from books, lighting, and decorative objects. Separate shipping charges may apply.

All sales are final. If you choose local pickup or arrange shipping through your own carrier, any unused shipping deposit will be refunded. The item itself is not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

The shipping deposit may be waived at checkout using:
• SFPICKUP (San Francisco pickup)
• MIAPICKUP (Miami pickup)
