Returns/Exchanges

All sales are final. No refunds or cancellations are accepted after an item has been purchased, but please contact us if you are having issues with your order.

Item Condition

An item's condition is noted in the description section of each listing. We do our best to note and photograph any major flaws on an item. Please ask for additional photos of items before purchase if there are any questions. By completing the transaction, you are agreeing to the terms of the sale. All items are sold as-is and all sales are final. Please expect wear consistent with age on all vintage/used items.
Shipping
Smallwares
  • Smaller items that fit inside a 20" cubed box are shipped via FedEx and processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur while your order is in transit. We reserve the right to use any other carrier to ship small wares if necessary. If an item is deemed a fragile item that requires white glove delivery, it will not ship via FedEx. All items are insured for their full value. If an item arrives damaged, and the insurer does not take responsibility for the damages incurred during transit, Object Assembly will not be responsible for the damages and we will not offer a refund on any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

    Large Items (Furniture, Lighting etc.)
    • We ship all large items via a 3rd Party Shipper for all items that cannot otherwise ship via standard parcel due to size or fragility. All deliveries are carefully bubble-wrapped and blanket-wrapped during delivery. Large items as defined here will not ship in a box. The 3P carrier will contact you prior to delivery. Please make sure to provide your contact info. to Object Assembly when submitting your order.
    • You are responsible for notifying Object Assembly of any dates in which you may be unavailable. Unsuccessful delivery attempts due to a buyer A) being out of town or B) not being home to accept the delivery will not be our responsibility. Please make sure to communicate your schedule to Object Assembly and/or the 3P carrier. All items are insured for their full value. If an item arrives damaged, and the insurer does not take responsibility for the damages incurred during transit, Object Assembly will not be responsible for the damages and we will not offer a refund on any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

    Lead Times

    Smallwares

    • Processing and shipping lead times can range anywhere from 3-5 business days total depending on your region and the service selected at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping that may occur along the way.

    Large Items (Furniture, Lighting etc.)
    • Processing and shipping lead times can range anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on your region. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping that may occur along the way.

    International Orders

    • The buyer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be incurred. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping that may occur along the way.

      Large Items (Furniture, Lighting etc.)
      • Some large items can be shipped internationally. Please contact us for a quote.

      Local Pickup‎

      • Items must be picked up within 14 days of purchase. Any item that has not been picked up within 14 days of purchase will incur a per diem storage fee. Storage fee to be paid out upon pickup if applicable.
